Class Schedule

The Tuesday morning Spring Session will begin Tuesday May 14, 2013, and will run for 9 weeks.

The Wednesday evening Spring Session will begin the week of June 3, 2013, and will run for 6 Wednesdays.


 
Classes are offered:  Tuesday mornings at 9:00 a.m.  
                                       Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. **    
                                      **The Wednesday evening class is a "gentle walk" designed for those with limitations such as knee pain. 
                                      ** Subject to sufficient registration.
                          
                                                                                                               
Please note: Missed classes may be made up at any other class in the same session.

Classes are approximately one hour in length and include a warm up and cool down with stretching.
Classes proceed rain or shine.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
